PostNord Sweden is now recruiting a Marketing Insight Manager with the task of providing the marketing department with insights and data to define brand strategy, set goals and budgets, and provide relevant insights for campaigns and activations. You, us, and the job

In the role of Marketing Insight Manager, you belong to the Brand and Marketing team, which consists of approximately 10 colleagues in various areas of expertise. In this role, you are responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant data for the marketing department's business planning, Brand Tracking, and strategic goal achievement against KPIs. You handle measurement and follow-up of various activities in our channels. Your role is a key position in budgeting and scenario planning in close collaboration with the Media Manager and Marketing Strategist. You will also build relationships with external partners for measurement and delivery of data and insights. The Marketing Insight Manager reports to the Marketing Director, and your workplace is our unique headquarters, Arken in Solna.

What you will do

  • Collect, structure, and analyze data regarding customer behavior, campaigns, and performance.
  • Produce insight-driven decision support and recommendations that support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and campaign efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Work with segmentation and target group analyses to optimize PostNord's communication.
  • Create dashboards for reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality and develop methods for measurement and tracking.

Who you are

  • Analytical and data-oriented: you are accustomed to turning data and insights into strategy, campaigns, and activations.
  • Detail-oriented: you enjoy diving deep into analyses and looking at how we can best calibrate different variables to achieve the best effect.
  • Collaborative: you handle cooperation with many different partners and dependencies in your work effectively.
  • Confident and stable: you are completely comfortable presenting to larger groups and arguing for various initiatives and decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Meticulous: it is the small details that make a big difference in the long run.
  • You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

  • An academic degree in marketing, economics, or statistics.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a strategic consultant or in larger companies with a complex internal structure.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern brand strategic models.
  • Several years of experience leading both qualitative and quantitative methods and analyses.
  • Previous experience in growth-focused work environments.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 at a high level.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
